The Market Controller will oversee all financial activities for the region, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis while collaborating with branch leaders to drive performance. Key duties include financial reporting, cash‑flow management, internal controls, and leading the budgeting and forecasting processes.
This role reports to the group controller, supports branch presidents, and supervises branch accounting leaders, aligning financial goals with overall business strategy.
- Ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting and timely month‑, quarter‑, and year‑ends
- Conduct profitability, cost‑control, and investment analyses to guide decisions
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations
- Manage cash‑flow planning and maintain effective internal controls
- Lead annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts, monitor variances and recommend corrective actions

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and possess 7‑10 years of relevant experience, strong GAAP knowledge, leadership abilities, and advanced ERP and Excel skills.
