  • Building surveys and defect diagnosis
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
  • Professional Growth - Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to major projects across the UK.
  • Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
  • Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice

  • Strong Client Portfolio - Inherit and build upon relationships with lenders, investors, developers, and private clients.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Technical due diligence
  • Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties
  • Strong background in Building Surveying with experience in party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect analysis
  • Chartered Member of RICS (or equivalent), or actively working towards chartership
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
