Project Lead- Civil

Description

The Project Lead for Project and Development Services in Chennai will stand at the forefront of project delivery, assembling and leading multidisciplinary teams while establishing effective organisational structures and procedures. You will define project objectives, allocate appropriate budgets, and monitor progress from the pre‑design phase through to completion, ensuring optimal results and target profits are met.

A key part of the role is building lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, representing their interests throughout the project, and securing repeat business from investors and landlords within agreed timeframes.

You will act as the face of JLL, promoting the firm’s offerings to new prospects, key landlord clients, investor networks, and industry associations, ensuring the company is consistently represented throughout each project.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project management, coupled with deep knowledge of local codes and legislation. Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English, strong decision‑making abilities, and a proactive initiative to drive team contributions and continuous improvement are essential.
