  • Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation decisions.
  • Support Pay Programs: Administer annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs with precision and insight.
  • Partner with HR & Leadership: Provide consultative support on job evaluations, salary structures, and compensation planning.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline compensation workflows and enhance data accuracy.
