The PMO Manager will be managing a team of project managers responsible for capital equipment contracts. This role ensures on-time, profitable project execution while aligning with global processes and best practices. The position requires a strong leader with project management expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to drive accountability across teams. The PMO Manager will play a critical role in achieving annual revenue and profitability goals while fostering collaboration with global leadership. On-site presence is required, with travel to customer sites and facilities as needed.

  • Define and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for project execution in alignment with global standards.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, risk assessment, and budget analysis for regional projects, reporting results to executive leadership.
  • Visit customer sites, ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality, and performance expectations.
  • Assign and oversee project managers, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Lead and manage the U.S. Project Management Office, overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews with the Finance Team and Service Operations leadership to ensure governance and transparency.
  • Drive results in achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual capital equipment revenue and profitability targets.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills with proven ability to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, general arrangements, P&IDs, schematics, and plant layouts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing engineering, project management, or manufacturing teams for OEM capital equipment providers.
  • Willingness to travel 20% and work within poultry processing facilities while adhering to PPE and safety requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or technical management within industrial manufacturing; strong preference for food processing equipment and installation.
