Provide leadership in client meetings, proposals, and project development
fence design, shielding & lighting design, electrical elevations, major & minor build out materials
Collaborate with business development teams to grow client relationships and expand our substation portfolio
Coordinate with protection, civil, structural, and transmission engineers to ensure project integration
Serve as a technical expert on high voltage substation projects (69kV to 500kV+)
Mentor and develop engineering staff across multiple offices
Conduct or review power system studies (e.g., load flow, short circuit, grounding, arch flash, bus sizing, condiuit fill, insulation coordination, lightening protection, AC&DC sizing, cable heating, and ampacity/voltage drop)

Willingness to travel as needed to client sites or project locations
Minimum 12 years of experience in substation design and engineering
