Medical Technician

Description

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinence, foot care, and vital signs.
• Help residents during meals by cutting food and encouraging them to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report any incomplete tasks to the nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads, and the Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide planned activities for residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA preferred.
