Conduct and document site surveys; collect field data for accurate floor and ceiling plans, elevations, details, etc.
Define and guide project design intent from schematic design through construction administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, ADA requirements and standards for construction document production.
Prepare client presentations, technical details, and construction documents.
Process submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to the team.
Direct project phases including setup, design development, construction documents, and problem-solving.
Represent the company in high-visibility client interactions and marketing efforts for public works and K-12 projects.
Coordinate site planning, engineering, and interior design to execute architectural concepts.
Lead overall design quality, project implementation, and delivery.

4+ years drafting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; LEED accreditation a plus.
Experience in Public Works marketing and projects.
Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure within one year.
Project experience with Mixed Use, Grocery, Retail, Restaurants, General Commercial, Public Works, and facility remodels.
Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and zoning.
Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
