The Principal Designer will implement project‑specific Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) that align with enterprise standards and client requirements. The role leads the adoption of model‑based, data‑driven workflows, champions digital transformation initiatives such as automation and process optimisation, and manages multiple digital delivery workstreams across concurrent projects.

- Ensure model data supports downstream use cases such as construction, Asset Information Models and digital twins.
- Enable interoperability across Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ProjectWise, ACC and Navisworks.
- Support BIM/Digital Manager in training, upskilling and mentoring project teams on digital tools and workflows.
- Establish and enforce QA/QC processes for digital deliverables in line with ISO 19650 and client specifications.

A strong understanding of model‑based delivery, data standards, and information management is required, along with advanced proficiency in Revit (Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, MicroStation and related tools. The designer will promote the use of scripting and automation to improve productivity, ensure structured data supports downstream uses including construction, asset information models and digital twins, and enable interoperability across platforms.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent (or a civil engineering diploma) combined with 10‑15 years of digital delivery experience, and proven leadership as a Lead Digital/BIM Coordinator on complex, multidisciplinary building projects. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to integrate digital delivery across design, construction and hand‑over phases and possess extensive experience with BIM solutions such as ACC, BIM 360 and Revit Structure.
- Possess 10–15 years of experience delivering BIM and digital delivery solutions using ACC, BIM 360 and Revit Structure.
- Proven track record as Lead Digital/BIM Coordinator on complex, multidisciplinary building projects.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate digital delivery across design, construction and hand‑over phases.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, MicroStation and related platforms.
