Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, model development, model validation, model implementation and model ops.
Work closely with EDSM team to identify and provide insights for important Customer Intelligence questions
Provide thought-leadership and establish best practices for instrumentation and experimentation and communicate those to EDSM and other Data Science/Analytics teams.
Analyze and interpret the results of marketing/Ops campaigns and/or experiments and recommend enhancements for future campaigns
Develop, validate and deliver algorithms, statistical models and analytical insights to achieve business goals
Develop go-to-market implementations and connect strategy to execution around data infrastructure, AI operating models and GenAI-enabled transformation.
Solve commercial problems with AI to deliver social and economic value

A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data
Practical hands-on experience with a broad range of tools to assist in AI development: Jupyter, LLMs, PyTorch, Tensorfllow, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc
M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years’ experience in a relevant role
Exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning and data science
Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
Strong understanding of marketplace for AI services with ability to develop go-to-market plans with marketing teams
Strong track record of leading delivery of AI solutions through incubation, proof-of-concept, to large-scale real-time deployment
