Seattle Central Hub Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

Description

In this position you will be the public face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their ideal home while supporting leasing efforts at several locations. You will collaborate with a team focused on delivering exceptional service, maintaining community standards, and driving occupancy across our portfolio.

• Guide prospective residents on tours, answer questions, and match them with suitable apartments.
• Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone/email, and market through social media and networking.
• Process leases, applications, and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with resident retention, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services; monitor competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
• Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally presented.
• Participate in an industry‑leading training program for ongoing sales, service, and technical development.

Requirements

• Bring 2+ years leasing, sales, or customer‑service experience; high school diploma or GED (college degree a plus).
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills, with a tech‑savvy and marketing‑oriented mindset.
• Work 40 hours weekly with required Monday and Saturday availability (closed Sundays).

• Earn $21.50‑$22.00 hourly plus 35‑40% leasing bonuses and incentives.
