- Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project
- Develops planning and creative design concepts for projects
- Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups
- Manage various trades for specific projects (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, etc.) in-house or separate non-AECOM sub-consultants
- Preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables
- Develops technical solutions to a wide range of programmatic requirements
- May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists
- Preparing contract drawings during all design phases
- Working closely with a Senior Architect / Project Manager, independently preparing and presenting client focused design solutions to project team members
- Prepare designs, renderings, sketches, diagrams, schematic and working drawings to illustrate design solutions
- May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

- Project production experience, including standards and regulations
- Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects
- 6 years of relevant Architectural experience
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel and PowerPoint
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
- BA/BS +4 years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- License architect or pursuing license is a plus
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel and/or PowerPoint
- LEED Accreditation is a plus
