Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report delays to the Project Manager.
Lead daily subcontractor meetings and attend GC coordination meetings.
Maintain site office documentation (schedules, tasks, reports, inspection logs).
Prepare and submit daily site reports and contribute to lessons learned.
Conduct QA/QC audits and ensure required sign-offs are obtained.
Manage site safety, including orientations, safety meetings, and review of subcontractor safety plans.
Coordinate daily site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.

3+ years of experience in a field coordination, site supervision, or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and erection procedures.
Proficiency with reporting and scheduling tools (Smartsheet experience is an asset).
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
