  • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report delays to the Project Manager.
  • Lead daily subcontractor meetings and attend GC coordination meetings.
  • Maintain site office documentation (schedules, tasks, reports, inspection logs).
  • Prepare and submit daily site reports and contribute to lessons learned.
  • Conduct QA/QC audits and ensure required sign-offs are obtained.
  • Manage site safety, including orientations, safety meetings, and review of subcontractor safety plans.
  • Coordinate daily site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
