  • Be responsible for the submission of the Project Operation & Maintenance Manual, working with the delivery team to obtain relevant documents to submit for acceptance in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for compiling, submitting and updating the clients costing & carbon data, working with the client, and project delivery teams towards this.
  • Upload project data from inception through to project close out.
  • Review and understand the project specific data capture requirements as project mobilisation stage.
  • Follows set processes and procedures, always remains compliant and exercising discretion where required.
  • Update and maintain a Project Data Capture Tracker to manage the data capture process in line with project programme requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the client’s requirement, identifying and reporting back any changes or improvements in the process.
  • Be responsible for the site Health & Safety file, working with the project teams to update as necessary, incorporating new works information.
  • Identify gaps in information and work with the project teams to work towards filling these.
