- Continuously develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of material handlers and inventory control.
- Manage and maintain ERP system planning parameters, ensuring data accuracy and system health.
- Update, revise, and enforce standard work instructions and operation manuals for the department, including ISO work instructions where appropriate.
- Create and run daily reports to track changes in inventory, sales data, and other areas to identify potential disruptions in material and information flow.
- Support production scheduling team by creating tools for order scheduling, work order sequencing, mass schedule updates, and work order BOM management.
- Support Inventory Management team in identifying and resolving accuracy issues.
- Actively participate on cross-functional teams to support improvement of material flow and productivity in the production and materials management processes.

- Experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel) and ability to use plant IT programs. Oracle R12 experience preferred.
- Demonstrated root cause analysis skills required.
- Understanding of Kanban and JIT systems.
- 2+ years in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Leadership experience preferred
