In this position you will lead the technical approach for modelling, hydrology and flooding projects, deliver challenging client work, and ensure rigorous quality assurance. Collaboration extends across the Energy, Environmental and Transportation sectors, allowing you to work closely with top‑tier engineers and consultants from concept through to completion. You will also mentor junior members, helping them progress toward chartered status.

- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, GIS, Geography or a related field.
- Be a chartered member or progressing toward chartership with ICE or CIWEM.
- Have experience in hydraulic modelling, GIS or data analysis, particularly with ArcGIS.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of UK and global hydrology.
- Proficient in fluvial, pluvial and integrated hydraulic modelling using Innovyze ICM or Floodmodeller/Tuflow.
- Experienced as a technical lead on hydrology and hydraulic modelling projects.
- Possess proven experience in water consultancy.
