Perform jobsite field observations, write detailed field reports, and lead commissioning meetings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions
Conduct functional testing of systems and assist with field testing

Nationally recognized leader in building commissioning and energy optimization
Proficient understanding of electrical and fire/life safety systems
Recognized Building Commissioning Certification preferred (or ability and desire to obtain one)
Ability to travel up to 30% (travel will depend on project needs and may vary widely)
Proficient with MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Working knowledge of building automation and lighting control systems
9 years of experience minimum required, 10 preferred, in Commissioning or in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) design consulting industry, or equivalent
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (CEC Title 24, ASHRAE, IECC, IMC, NEC, etc.)
Knowledge of construction industry safety practices and procedures
Working knowledge of Cx Industry Standards (ASHRAE, ACG, BCxA) and code requirements
5 years of experience minimum required, 6 preferred, in Commissioning or in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) consulting industry, or equivalent
Strong oral and written skills and a proven ability to interact professionally with a wide a range of clients
Solid understanding of HVAC and electrical system designs and operations
Demonstrated ability to read and understand construction documents (mechanical, controls, plumbing, and electrical drawings, specifications, etc.)
Capable of self-performing functional testing of building MEP systems
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required
