Under the direction of Senior Management, the Digital Marketing Strategist (Analyst) is responsible for supporting the marketing group by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating digital marketing efforts and the impact of those efforts on the business. Focuses on paid search, web analytics, and partner site campaigns with the goal to increase traffic, move-ins, and revenue.
- Monitor and report on all internal website performance, ensuring quick and proper resolution of any issues.
- Execute key assigned project tasks to ensure effective and timely implementation of new marketing initiatives.
- Train and evaluate interns, full-time temporary employees, and others as needed, under the guidance of senior management.
- Educate colleagues and cross-functional business partners on latest marketing strategies and channels.
- Train business units in marketing tools. Ensure on-going compliance and adherence to the marketing guidelines through communication and ongoing updates to training documents and videos.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns through budgeting, researching emerging trends, analyzing opportunities
- Ensure integrity of all published information on internal and external sources.
- Research, drive thought leadership, and implement emerging media, trends and technologies.
- Support and attend monthly performance calls with pay-per-action, regional and national partners, identifying opportunities for improved tracking, efficiency, and performance.
- Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and tactical delivery plans for revising the campaign strategy.
- Develop a high level of proficiency with all sources of internal information that feed campaigns.
- Manage invoicing for online and offline partners, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner, consistently maintaining a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, co-workers and the public.
- Drive digital marketing optimization through analytics for campaigns across multiple channels, including native, classified, social, email, referral, display, pay-per-click, pay-per-lease, and subscription sources.
- Drive ongoing optimization of internal website performance using web analytics, site research and competitive analysis to achieve website goals.
- Analyze the performance of partner sites and internal campaigns to make actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Build and update project plans and schedules to communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives through thorough research and analytics, delivering recommendations to achieve company goals.

Please note: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.
- Proven ability to conduct presentations for employee groups, senior management, and /or vendors. Should be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines.

- Must have experience at developing project plans from conception to implementation with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required with (2) years of progressive digital marketing experience, demonstrating the proficient use of analytics to improve performance of a company’s website or digital campaigns. (A combination of educational and work experience may be substituted based on management’s discretion.)
- Analytical. You see audits, data, and summary reports as a key resource, as they provide you with guidance and direction for your future decisions. You are comfortable researching trends, organizing data, and presenting your findings. Microsoft Excel is a tool you know how to leverage in order to successfully manipulate information into a user friendly format.
- Strong Communicator. Your writing and speaking skills are clear and effective, demonstrating your ability to be articulate and understood. We want your thoughts and input, based on your research findings and competitive analysis!
- Team Player. You enjoy partnering with others —whether internal or external— in order to get work done and deliver great results.
- Knowledgeable. Through previous work and/or school experiences, you’ve been exposed to digital marketing campaigns and have been involved in projects supporting the performance of a website. You don’t need to be an expert, but your experience with targeted online marketing campaigns and reputation management is what will help you quickly transition into this position.
- Innovative. You thrive off thinking outside the box and pitching ideas that can be unconventional but align perfectly with the business’ objectives and identify. You constantly brainstorm and ask yourself “what if we did this?” when approaching new problems and scenarios, sometimes taking inspiration from campaigns, trends and philosophies that resonate with you personally.
- Ability to effectively and objectively communicate and work with internal and external customers.
Benefits
Salary: $71,000 - $86,000 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary annual bonus is provided.
