Work with Project Managers to ensure the correct change activities and changes are successfully delivered and embedded into the operational teams having a smooth adoption of new processes both for our customers and teams.
Ensure that all change activities are aligned to deliver or enable benefits and key performance indicators.
Work closely with business SMEs, IT delivery roles in a cross functional set up
Implement and apply a change management process and correct tools to create a strategy to support adoption of change.
Conduct business change impact assessments, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders and ensure all process documentation is up to date.
Working within a busy and dynamic team in Business Energy, you will join existing change managers to support the delivery of the industry programme Market Wide Half hourly settlements (MHHS).
Working across the established programme, you will be working with other change managers delivering across the business and supporting different aspects of the change plan including; customer communication, employee communication and engagement, process mapping, migration readiness and lots more.

Confident in the use of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Demonstratable experience of working as a Business Change professional within a medium to large scale organisation.
Experience and capability to work at pace in an Agile environment, as well as working within a Waterfall project.
Experience of Digital Enablement and data driven change – including how AI can be leveraged to accelerate adoption
