Develop DOT compliant noise models using the latest version of TNM by performing highly specialized, complex highway acoustical analysis related to traffic noise modeling, reporting, and design of noise abatement measures.
Develop internal and external staff by being actively involved with TRB and other related organizations.
Provide technical oversight of our noise staff ranging from new hires to senior analysts.
Project and contract management to deliver task orders assigned as well assist in the maintenance and growth of our clients.

Familiarity with highway design principles and traffic planning
Proficient with Type I and type II noise meters
Must be proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads, Geopak, and/or GIS
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within teams to prioritize and balance sometimes heavy workloads to achieve goals while keeping up with a highly mobile and changing environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Willingness to work outdoors on occasion
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license
