Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager

Description

• Check and validate costs, manage budgets, and handle final accounts.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Work closely with contractors and internal teams to solve problems and keep projects on track.
• Use data and reports to monitor trends and make improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in responsive repairs , voids , and planned maintenance .
• Ability to interpret contractor data (costs, performance, trends).
• Strong knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) and NHF frameworks .
• Skilled in cost validation , valuation , and final accounts .
• Experience with financial reporting and BI dashboards .
