The Cleaner sweeps, mops and washes interior floors and surfaces, using commercial buffers, shampoo machines and portable vacuums to clean rugs and carpets. They dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures and perform high‑dusting, as well as clean interior glass, windowsills, door trim and spot‑clean walls daily. Additional duties include restroom cleaning and restocking, monitoring fixtures for defects, removing trash, replacing liners, snow removal, and periodic tasks such as leather polishing and wall washing.
- Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors and surfaces
- Operate commercial floor buffers, shampoo machines, and portable vacuums
- Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures and perform high‑dusting
- Clean interior glass, windowsills, door trim, and spot‑clean walls
- Clean and restock restrooms, including fixtures and supplies
- Monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or out‑of‑service lights
- Collect and remove building trash, replace liners in waste containers
- Sweep or shovel snow from entrances and walkways
- Perform periodic tasks like leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and high dusting

Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $14.45–$17.00, guaranteed at least minimum wage, with pay adjusted for location, experience and collective bargaining factors.
