Proficiency in Spark SQL, PySpark, and Fabric OneLake architecture
Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions (branching, PRs, automation)
10+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA, including setup, performance tuning, and high availability
Strong familiarity with Azure managed services and CI/CD best practices
Ability to lead and mentor database and data engineering teams
Experience using JIRA and working in agile delivery pipelines
