In this role, you will manage fleet availability, allocate and reserve engines to meet lease demand, and track usage, operating hours, cycles, and parts pedigree. You will coordinate installation and removal activities with channel service managers and field contacts, handle purchase orders, control transaction costs, and partner with customer‑facing teams to monitor engine health and address unplanned site events. Additionally, you will create detailed maintenance plans, pre‑order materials, provide technical support for depot visits, and drive root‑cause investigations to develop preventive actions.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline (or equivalent high‑school education with significant gas‑turbine experience), advanced technical expertise with gas turbines, and functional experience using ERP systems such as SFM, ARMS, and Oracle. Strong problem‑identification, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, influence cross‑functional teams, and travel 10‑15% of the time.
