Tasks

With one of our Environment Advisors soon heading on parental leave, we have an exciting 12-month term contract opportunity to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure Enerven’s operations and activities comply with environmental laws and regulations, while partnering with key stakeholders to support and coordinate initiatives that minimise our environmental impact and drive sustainable practices across the business. -Actively manage environmental incidents to minimise environmental harm and ensure compliance with environmental legislation -Partner with high skilled delivery teams to minimise environmental impact -Provide advice on a full range of environmental issues, including development of management plans and maps? -Review tender documents and identify risks and potential costs ? -Undertake environmental site visits and audits on current projects? -Advocate for the protection of ecosystems & communities affected by our projects

What You Bring

You will be based in our office at Keswick and will support a variety of projects across South Australia. Most of your time will be spent in the office, but there will be requirements to travel to project sites on occasion. -Flexi-time accrual -Experience in a similar role in construction, mining, infrastructure/heavy industries -A tertiary qualification in Environment Management, Natural Resource Management, or similar
