Maintain project margins in line with company policy
Manage variations and resolve PO-related queries
Prepare detailed cost, material, and labour estimates
Review and process ETS (Estimate to Site) requests efficiently
Contribute to continuous improvement of business systems and processes
Generate accurate Bills of Quantities using estimating software
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications
