Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capability to drive alignment and execution across diverse teams.
At least 10 years of experience in technical program management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex technical programs simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and advancing strategic initiatives.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to enable informed decision-making among product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Strong technical foundation in software development principles.
Ability to gather and analyze data from a broad, strategic perspective.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; passion for innovation and the continuous advancement of technologies.
Experience with data visualization, source control, and ticket management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning; master’s degree preferred.
