We’re building Stantec’s Energy and Power capability in Australia and seeking experienced Substation and Transmission Engineers at Mid to Senior and Principal levels. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team shaping the Australian market while working on high‑profile international projects.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of power‑sector experience, preferably with a utility background in transmission and distribution, and will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and globally to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions while building technical capability and leadership within our Australian business centre.
