

Provides construction and project management services across various sectors with a focus on infrastructure.
The Estimator is responsible for successful bidding of projects, from initial bid review and analysis through hand‑off to the Project Management Team. This includes bid analysis, plan review, quantity take‑offs, subcontractor pricing collection, assembling bid information, and assessing both winning and losing bids.
Key estimator responsibilities include developing innovative, accurate estimates; conducting thorough project take‑offs; soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing; identifying project‑specific risk issues and mitigation strategies; and reviewing plans and specifications with stakeholders to confirm project scope.
Additional duties involve creating project plans, schedules, and proposal documents; reviewing peer estimates; participating in Go/No‑Go decisions on complex projects; generating complete project budgets; and preparing client presentation materials.
Required qualifications are a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience), at least five years of construction experience, proficiency with Bid2Win or similar estimating software, and the ability to estimate medium‑to‑large commercial and industrial projects. Candidates should be creative, results‑oriented, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
The work environment includes both office and field settings, requiring comfort with extended periods of sitting.
