○ Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure quotes align with project expectations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Flow Interio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and interior design. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling client meetings, giving walk-throughs of our design offerings, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with managers to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
○ Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and project scope.
○ Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on client requirements.
○ Ensure that all documentation and sales activities are properly organized and up-to-date.
○ Schedule and organize client meetings to discuss their requirements and present design options.
○ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
○ Keep track of leads and sales activities using CRM software.
○ Conduct product and service walk-throughs, showcasing the company’s portfolio and design capabilities.
