- Build large, distributed, API‑driven systems for tens of thousands of users
- Write robust, efficient, maintainable code using React, C#, .NET, AWS (DynamoDB/S3/Lambda), and SQL Server
- Lead software design, set development standards, and conduct code reviews
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve CoStar’s platform and practices
- Architect large‑scale, distributed, service‑oriented systems in an agile environment

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit institution
- 4+ years experience with React JS/JavaScript
- 4+ years experience with C#, .NET Framework and Web API 2.0
- 3+ years experience with MS SQL Server or T‑SQL design and performance tuning
- Data modeling expertise
- Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Advanced SQL querying and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Experience with RESTful web services
