Track and submit credit card receipts, time sheets, and reports in a timely manner.
Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are met daily.
Set the example in safety, productivity, and professionalism.
Read blueprints, prepare material lists, and assign tasks to ensure productivity.
Train and mentor crew members in construction skills and safety compliance.
Safely operate and monitor power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
Assist with hands-on work when necessary to support the team.
Interact with customers and represent Mahaney professionally on job sites.
Lead in a way that protects the team, delivers results for the company, and serves the customer well.
Work in dusty, dirty, and occasionally hazardous environments.
Share your knowledge, mentor less-experienced crew members, and take pride in quality work.
Monitor and document project progress through FCS or other methods.
Promote job site cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of materials.
Lead crews in completing all phases of assigned jobs (tear-offs, installations, clean-up).

Work from scissor/boom lifts and occasionally on steep roofs.
Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
Long shifts (12+ hours) on feet or knees as needed.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights.
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
Frequent use of hand and power tools.
Must pass pre-employment physical, agility test, drug screen, and background checks (for some jobs).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Adapt to daily challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
Experience with single-ply membrane systems.
5+ years of architectural sheet metal experience (standing seam, wall panel systems, ACM, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
