Assist with client pitches and proposals.
Support acquisitions and disposals across the UK.
Conduct financial and market analysis (cashflows, yields, pricing).
Maintain market research and transactional databases.
Prepare clear, high-quality investment reports and presentations.

They are now looking for a qualified Investment Surveyor to join their team, focusing on Central London and key regional markets. You’ll also work closely with their in-house investment management business, gaining hands-on exposure to active capital deployment.

Early exposure to high-profile deals and clients.
MRICS qualified with 1–3 years’ post-qualified experience.
Excel and PowerPoint proficient; Argus knowledge a plus.
Ideally, experience within an investment or transactional team, however candidates with other backgrounds will still be considered if their end goal is to move into investment
Confident communicator and clear writer.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
