

Designs and builds personalized single‑family homes, townhomes and condos across the U.S.
As a Land Acquisition Manager you will maintain the pipeline of potential land deals, support the division’s market strategy, and handle financial analysis, quarterly reporting, and budget reviews. Your day may include researching parcels, building relationships with developers and brokers, creating financial models, and ensuring contract compliance, all in a hybrid work setting.
You will work daily with DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to manage data and collaborate across teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and analytical, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Successful candidates demonstrate active listening, confidence, respect, strong negotiation abilities, and a goal‑driven mindset.
