Rebar Assembler/Rod Buster

Overview

Assemble rebar cages from blueprints in a warehouse environment.

Tasks

-Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings -Assist or perform crane operations for storing reinforcing steel -Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company -Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions

What You Bring

-Warehouse environment, all work is performed indoors (No travel required) -Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members -At least 1 year of related experience preferred -Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day -Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred -Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not required -High school diploma or equivalent
