- Assist in production/coordination of weekly construction reports.
- Generate and substantiate variations and contracts administration for all projects.
- Support the team with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Complete site progress walks.
- Assist the team with monthly progress applications.
- Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects.

- Experience in construction industry is advantageous, demonstrating your understanding of industry best practices and technologies.
- 0-1 years’ post qualification experience in an M&E contracting environment.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office systems required.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Demonstrated appetite for continuous learning and personal development.
- Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Engineering.
