Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Controls Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other Energy Engineering related majors will be considered.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment
