The position is open in our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices. Candidates should have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design and will work across municipal, transportation, and site-development groups.
- Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of structural engineering experience
- Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
- Demonstrate experience managing structural engineering design projects
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and permitting processes
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain solid organizational and time‑management abilities
- Be self‑disciplined, motivated, and effective in a team environment
- Be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel out‑of‑town and overnight as needed for professional development or project work
