Attend weekly meetings with project owner’s and architects.
Assist with request for information (RFI), change orders, scheduling, specifications, and monthly projections.
Apply the knowledge you have acquired in the classroom setting to active commercial construction projects.
Assist with project close out preparations and punch list coordination.
Review submittals, import estimates and set up subcontracts.
Assist with setting up projects in Procore.
Communicate with subcontractors to develop bid interest in our construction projects.
Assist with reviewing plans and put together bid packages.
Assist with quantity takeoffs.
Provide support to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Attend and participate in “job walks”.
Communicate with subcontractors to track job schedules.
Document job site project progress, take and upload photos into Procore.

Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
