Provide regular, accurate reports on the status of the quote pipeline and forecast expected closures.
Work proactively to overcome customer objections and provide additional information, such as product details or technical specifications utilizing the Vantage resources such as Territory Sales Managers, Engineers, etc.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for quote conversions and generated revenue.
Systematically follow up with prospects and customers on all outstanding Door Equipment and Controller quotes within a defined Value and timeframe (e.g., between $10k and $25k, 24-48 hours and subsequent touchpoints).
Collaborate with the Sales Operations and Customer Service teams to improve the efficiency of the quoting and lead-generation processes.
Identify potential roadblocks to close the sale.
Contact leads primarily via phone, email, and CRM-based communications to ascertain the status of proposals.
Accurately processed sales orders to ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Operations team.
Educate prospects on the value and benefits of the company's products/services, reinforcing the quoted solution.
