What you would be doing
subcontractor coordination

- Coordination meetings with external subcontractors within multi-discipline design team.
- Review meetings with the client.
- Completion and submission to relevant stakeholders of all end-of-project documentation e.g. O&M, As-Fitted Drawings, Certification
- On-site surveying where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant design standards and project specifications.
- Production of hydraulic calculations.
- Liaison with suppliers
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety
- Consultation with subject matter experts where required
- Production of technical documentation, installation drawings and coordination models.
- Participating with internal & third part audits
- Specification of equipment.
- Preparation of sprinkler system designs for a variety of applications (Large works, small works, LPC Rules, NFPA, FM)

- LPCB Basic design, Intermediate or FHC qualifications would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes.
- Familiarity with all standard MS applications.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Canute FHC design software. Experience of HydraCAD, Autosprink or another relevant design software would be an advantage
- Relevant technical design experience and the preparation of technical documentation and drawings.
- Being familiar with & complying to all company & regulatory processes
