  • Organise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by prioritizing tasks and coordinating external contractors
  • Assist with safety and security inspections to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and HSE
  • Support contractor management by monitoring works in progress and managing the Authority to Access process
  • Support the management of building security systems, emergency planning, and incident response procedures
  • Monitor and action facilities requests through our helpdesk systems, ensuring timely and courteous responses
