- Organise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by prioritizing tasks and coordinating external contractors
- Assist with safety and security inspections to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and HSE
- Support contractor management by monitoring works in progress and managing the Authority to Access process
- Support the management of building security systems, emergency planning, and incident response procedures
- Monitor and action facilities requests through our helpdesk systems, ensuring timely and courteous responses

- Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a focus on compliance
- Proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Queensland Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable disposition to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office suite
