- Licensing & Insurance - A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.
- Stucco Experience - Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.
- Reliable Work Ethic - As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.
- Reliable Bi-Weekly Payments - Including timely compensation for any add-ons or change orders.
- Constant Flow of Projects - Enjoy a strong pipeline of scheduled work throughout the year.
- Tools & Equipment - Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.
- Consistent, Year-Round Work - We schedule projects 2-6 weeks in advance, giving you time to plan and ensuring a reliable income across all seasons.
- All Materials Provided - We supply all necessary materials for each job — no need for extra trips or added expenses.
- Full Job Support - In-field management and job-site assistance are provided to ensure smooth and successful installations.
- High Earning Potential - Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your speed, quality of work, and project volume. Pay is on a per-project basis — the more you complete, the more you make.
- Business Support Provided - No costs for lead generation, sales, or customer follow-up — we handle the business, you handle the build.
