Serve as a point of contact between the commercial department and other project stakeholders.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, agreements, financial securities, purchase orders, and change orders.
Facilitate communication and coordination among various teams, including procurement, legal, finance, and project management.
Support the creation, review, and execution of contracts and agreements.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all commercial records.
Aid in the preparation of financial reports, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and expense reports.
Maintain contract databases and monitor compliance with contractual obligations and terms.
Provide administrative support to commercial managers and team members.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing departmental events.
Assist in the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments, ensuring adherence to project budgets and financial guidelines.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, and audit/legal requirements.
Assist in the coordination of contract changes and amendments.
Collaborate with the finance department to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents.
