We are seeking an Architectural Director to provide design vision, technical leadership, and strategic oversight across AED’s growing portfolio. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of architects and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions that align with client expectations and organizational goals. The Architectural Director will serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile projects, collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent licensure).
Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership in residential and mixed-use projects.
15+ years of professional experience, including leadership on complex, large-scale projects.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Expertise in sustainable design, building codes, and advanced technologies (BIM, digital design tools, visualization platforms).
Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial, regulatory, and client priorities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
