Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Description

• Send interview confirmations and follow-up communications
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, adverts, referrals and talent pools
• Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate notes
• Obtain required compliance documents (certs, insurance, right to work)
• Qualify and screen CVs and profile matches
• Arrange and schedule interviews, ensuring excellent candidate experience
• Contribute to reporting and data integrity on recruitment metrics
• Support creation and posting of job adverts
• Assist in identifying and engaging subcontractor partners across trade disciplines
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Support offer process and pre-employment checks
• Support onboarding of subcontractors into internal systems and trackers
• Liaise with Contracts Managers and Compliance to approve subcontractors
• Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure timely starts

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction, social housing or engineering trades is beneficial
• Confident user of MS Office, ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in recruitment/resourcing (internal or agency) preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
