  • Provide customer site support, audits, and service reviews to uphold high standards of productivity and efficiency.

  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills with the ability to hold teams accountable in a constructive way.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and cloud-based service management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in the food processing or packaging industry, ideally with customer-facing or project management responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel 25% and work in poultry processing facilities while adhering to PPE and safety requirements.
