The Service Delivery Coordinator acts as the operational backbone, overseeing customer orders from initiation through completion. By coordinating sales, estimating, operations, procurement, and field resources, the role ensures a seamless customer experience, drives revenue integrity, and supports long‑term client retention.
- Act as primary liaison for customers, delivering clear communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage inbound calls and emails, coordinating with sales, estimating, and operations teams.
- Own end‑to‑end order management, ensuring accurate review, validation, and compliance with terms.
- Enter and maintain financial data in internal systems to support invoice accuracy.
- Coordinate and assign field engineers, subcontractors, OEMs, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Review procurement and logistics needs, identifying alternatives to meet delivery timelines.
- Track order progress and enforce milestones and completion dates.
- Partner with estimating to support proposals, RFQs, and contract renewals.
- Assist sales with proposal coordination and pricing communications, including routine price increases.
- Provide after‑hours emergency follow‑up and support root‑cause analysis of service issues.

- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation includes a base pay range of $24 – $28.85 USD plus performance, referral and production incentives.
