Must have working knowledge of policies and procedures and able to identify problems, make recommendations and/or resolve problems to completion

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education or experience, Masters of Tax Degree a plus
Ability to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve department processes and operations
Advanced MS Excel skills, proficient with financial system applications, SAP, OneSource, and MS Office
Keen analytic ability to review, assess and interpret trends of large quantities of disparate financial data required
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage activities, requests, and short-cycle deadlines simultaneously
