Prepare budgets and report capital expenditures to upper management.

Ensure necessary permits and licenses and acquired.
Daily Construction Monitoring and Management
Obtain required clarifications from design team.
Punch List and Final CO Process for the Owner.

Experience with construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and safety practices.
3-4 years of ground-up residential construction experience as an APM or Jr. PM.
NY/NJ experience is REQUIRED.
Conduct post project evaluations. The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have: 3-4 years of ground-up residential construction experience as an APM or Jr. PM.BA in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Related Fields.
